## Common questions

**How do I ask for dashboard access?**

Use this page and tell us roughly how big your shop is and what you want a computer for. Dashboard access is granted on request and approved individually — there is no public sign-up for it.

**Do you help with setting up?**

Yes. If you have products or customers to bring across, send us what you can export and we will tell you what moves cleanly before you commit to anything.

**Something is broken. What should I send?**

Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead — plus a screenshot if you have one. That is almost always enough to reproduce it.
