# Refund & Cancellation

Whether you can be charged for Khata, what happens if you stop using it, and who to ask about anything commercial.

- Khata is free. Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.
- There is no checkout: the app and website never ask for payment details.
- You can stop using Khata whenever you like, and take your data with you.
- Anything commercial is discussed privately with our team — contact support@lacspace.com.

## 1. Khata is Free

1.1 **(important)** Khata is provided free of charge. We offer a single business plan, every feature in it is included, and there is no trial period that converts into a paid one.

1.2 Because nothing is charged, no refund can arise and there is no subscription to cancel.

## 2. No Checkout

2.1 **(important)** Neither the Khata app nor this website has a checkout. You are never asked for a payment card, and no payment is processed through them.

2.2 **(important)** If anything ever asks you to enter payment details in the name of Khata, it did not come from us. Report it to support@lacspace.com.

## 3. Stopping

3.1 You may stop using Khata at any time, or delete your account, without notice and without any charge arising.

3.2 You may request an export of your business records before or after you stop. Contact support@lacspace.com.

## 4. Commercial Enquiries

4.1 **(important)** We do not publish commercial terms. Anything of that nature — including web dashboard access for larger businesses — is discussed privately and directly with the Khata team.

4.2 To ask about it, contact support@lacspace.com or use the contact form on this website. Nothing is agreed unless you agree to it in writing first.

4.3 Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
